This kit design, often referred to as a "MC" kit within the costuming communities, has been around since 2004 with upgrades made over time. This kit has been known to fit people from 5' tall to 6'4" tall. This is a one size only costume, made to replicate the size of the costumes used in the film.

The included assembly kit has everything needed for assembling the plastic armor components: webbing, velcro, elastic, snaps, rivets, screw caps, buckles, and a QR code (and link) for finding our online assembly tutorial. The reason we build the chest box is because it is one of the parts that is risky to build without making mistakes. The chest box is also assembled (with acrylic squares, painted resin greeblies, and an LED kit installed) and ready to be attached to the chest plate. The armor parts come trimmed, with clean "soft" (not sharp) edges and corners and is ready for assembly as shown. 09" thick ABS plastic which makes it more durable than kits made with thinner and / or lesser quality material. This armor kit is made from vacuum formed. We can also provide an unpainted comm pad as well as chalk holder based code cylinders on request. Check our other listings for additional items including the rest of the armor components and flight suit. It does NOT include the helmet, hose, flight suit, code cylinders, boots, comm pad, or gloves. This is a kit and it will need to be assembled. The goal is to be able to produce a kit within a 3 to 6 week period but we are willing to discuss that with you if you have a deadline. This kit is not typically in stock and ready to ship, due to storage limitations but there will be a reasonable production period, as they are hand made.
